Role & responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the jewelry manufacturing unit.

- Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and strategic financial planning to optimize business performance.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain accurate financial records.

- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in finance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-24 years of experience as a CA (Any Specialization) in finance leadership roles within the gems & jewellery industry or similar sectors.

- Proven track record of success in managing complex financial transactions, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.

- Solid understanding of accountancy principles, auditing standards, corporate finance concepts, and taxation laws.
