Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The CFO will lead the finance function, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy to support sustainable growth.

This role includes managing financial reporting and analysis, reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, and maintaining effective internal controls. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decisions, evaluate investments and cost optimization initiatives,



and provide clear financial insights to guide business performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end financial operations and strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term financial strategy development.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with applicable standards.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, board presentations, and regulatory disclosures.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent, with leadership experience in financial management.
- Proven experience in retail, luxury, or consumer-focused sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate across functions.
