Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the complete finance function of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial strategy, planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Preparation and analysis of MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
- Audit coordination and internal financial controls
- Banking and financial institution relationship management
- Cost optimization and profitability improvement
- Financial reporting and strategic decision support
- Leading and mentoring the Finance & Accounts team

Candidate Requirements

- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred




- 15 To 20+ years of relevant experience
- Strong senior-level finance leadership experience
- Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit & Compliance
- Robust knowledge of Cash Flow, Working Capital, Banking & Financial Reporting
- Ability to independently manage the complete finance function

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Manufacturing, Prefabrication, Construction Materials, Steel, Engineering, Automobile, or related industries will be preferred.
