CFO – Chief Financial Officer | Healthcare / IVF

Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, controls and performance management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall financial management, planning and strategy.

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.

Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow across centres.

Develop and monitor centre-wise financial performance and profitability.

Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards.

Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding collections and working capital.

Establish strong financial controls and identify revenue leakages.

Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.

Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and internal audits.

Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.

Develop financial policies, controls and approval mechanisms.

Review major expenditures, procurement costs and operational expenses.

Analyse marketing expenditure and ROI.

Support management in pricing, expansion and investment decisions.

Prepare financial models for new centres, projects and business expansion.

Monitor budgets versus actual performance and initiate corrective action.

Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care.

Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, errors and financial leakage.





Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Procurement and Centre Managers on financial matters.

Provide strategic financial advice to the Management/Board.

Qualification

CA – Chartered Accountant preferred.

MBA Finance / CMA / equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.

Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and corporate finance.

Experience

10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/IVF or multi-unit organisations.

Experience in managing finance across multiple branches/centres will be preferred.

Proven experience in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
