Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting the strategic direction of Plataforma Integradora TI and ensuring the execution of initiatives that support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business operations, leading senior leadership teams, and making key decisions on resource allocation, partnerships, and organizational priorities.

The CEO will develop and communicate long-term vision and business plans, monitor financial performance, and ensure that policies and procedures support efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves maintaining robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, representing the organization in external meetings and negotiations.



The CEO will also foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, mentor leaders, and drive continuous improvement across administrative, financial, and customer-facing functions.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategic vision, influence stakeholders, and maintain transparent internal and external dialogue.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with experience organizing workflows, setting policies, and overseeing day-to-day organizational structures.
- Customer Service orientation, with a track record of building client trust, managing expectations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Solid Accounting knowledge, including understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in executive or senior management roles, preferably within technology or services organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage distributed teams, and use digital tools for collaboration and reporting.
- Strategic planning and business development skills, including experience identifying growth opportunities and managing partnerships.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or executive education are beneficial.
