Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board,

responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and transformation across the Group. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of senior finance leadership, ideally in manufacturing, defence, engineering, or steel industries. The role demands proven expertise in banking, taxation, M&A;, MIS, MMR and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO/Board to develop financial strategies aligned with the Group’s aggressive
- growth in India.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the Group’s key financial ratios (ROCE, ROE,

EBITDA margin, debt-equity, working capital cycle, etc.).
- Manage banking relationships, fundraising, working capital and treasury.
- Oversee taxation, compliance, and regulatory governance.
- Lead M&A; due diligence, valuations, deal structuring, integration.




- Strengthen internal checks, controls, variance analysis, and MIS.
- Lead MMR, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen internal audit and governance systems.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
- Experience: 15 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership/CFO capacity.
- Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, Defence, Engineering, and Steels.
- Expertise in: Banking & Treasury, Taxation, M&A;, & Investments, MIS, MMR, Budgeting, Costing & Cost Reduction, Internal Audit & Governance, Financial Ratio
- Management.
