About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall growth, development, and strategic direction of a leading medical research centre in New Delhi.

The CEO will work closely with the organisation's medical, research, and senior leadership teams to strengthen institutional capabilities, build strategic collaborations, and drive long-term organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall strategic and organisational leadership to the medical research centre.
- Develop and execute strategies for institutional growth, expansion, and long-term sustainability .
- Build and strengthen relationships with medical professionals, clinicians, researchers, healthcare organisations, academic institutions, and strategic partners .
- Identify and develop opportunities for strategic collaborations, partnerships, and institutional development .
- Work closely with medical and research leadership to strengthen the centre's clinical and research ecosystem .
- Drive initiatives that enhance the organisation's visibility, credibility, reach, and strategic positioning within the healthcare and medical research ecosystem.
- Establish effective organisational processes, governance mechanisms, and performance frameworks.
- Lead senior stakeholders and teams towards common organisational objectives.




- Represent the organisation at relevant industry, healthcare, research, academic, and institutional forums .
- Identify new opportunities for growth and build a roadmap for the organisation's future development.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leadership experience in the medical, healthcare, hospital, or medical research sector .
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical research ecosystem .
- Experience in strategic leadership, institutional growth, business development, partnerships, or organisational development.
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships with clinicians, researchers, healthcare institutions, academic bodies, and senior stakeholders .
- Exposure to cardiothoracic sciences, cardiac care, heart transplantation, or related medical research will be highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior medical and research professionals while driving organisational and strategic priorities.
- High degree of integrity, maturity, ownership, and execution orientation.
