About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage our EV Two-Wheeler Business , with overall responsibility for Sales and Service operations .

The ideal candidate will be a strong automobile professional with 15+ years of experience in automobile sales , preferably with significant exposure to the EV two-wheeler industry. The candidate should have a proven track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, improving processes, and achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the Sales and Service operations of the EV two-wheeler business.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, profitability, and service targets .
- Lead and manage Sales, Service, Customer Relationship, and support teams.
- Monitor showroom and outlet-level performance and take corrective actions.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and performance tracking mechanisms .
- Ensure strong coordination between Sales and Service departments to improve customer experience and retention.
- Analyse market trends, competition, customer behaviour, and local market opportunities.
- Drive lead generation, conversion, retail, customer retention, and repeat business.
- Review DMS data and reports regularly and use data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Ensure proper utilisation and implementation of DMS and other digital business tools .




- Set KPIs for teams and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the leadership and frontline teams.
- Establish a performance-oriented culture across the organisation.
- Coordinate with senior management on business planning, budgets, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical customer issues.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in automobile sales , with progressive leadership experience.
- Experience managing Sales and Service operations is mandatory.
- EV two-wheeler experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automobile retail processes.
- Hands-on experience with DMS platforms and ability to analyse DMS reports.
- Proven ability to implement and improve processes and SOPs .
- Strong leadership, people-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly dynamic, result-oriented, and execution-focused .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving EV business environment.
- Should be willing to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
