Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at We Dream Big is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The CEO will provide overall strategic direction, set organizational priorities, and ensure alignment between vision, operations, and financial performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive and functional teams, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, reviewing key performance indicators, and guiding major business initiatives. The CEO will represent the organization to partners, clients, and stakeholders, cultivate recent business opportunities, and maintain strong internal communication and a positive workplace culture. The role also involves making data-informed decisions, managing risk,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with the ability to streamline processes, oversee office operations, and support executive functions.
- Customer Service orientation, with a track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Accounting literacy and comfort with financial reports, budgeting, and evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally in a similar executive role, with demonstrated success in strategy, execution, and team management.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
