Position: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end RBI and NBFC compliances .
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Master Directions and guidelines .
- Manage RBI returns, regulatory filings and reporting .
- Handle RBI inspections and regulatory requirements .
- Maintain compliance-related documentation and records .
- Strong Coordination skills with RBI, auditors and internal stakeholders .
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance.

Key Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- NBFC experience is mandatory .
- Strong hands-on experience in RBI Compliance .
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, Master Directions and regulatory filings .
- Experience in handling end-to-end NBFC compliances .
- Robust coordination and communication skills.

Candidates with relevant NBFC + RBI Compliance experience will be preferred.
