Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished

Chemistry faculty member with substantial experience in guiding students toward

JEE Advanced success

. The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding subject knowledge, strong mentoring capabilities, and the ability to teach sophisticated concepts, introduce high-level problem-solving strategies, and coach students targeting top IIT ranks

.

Primary Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive

JEE Advanced Chemistry instruction with strong emphasis on conceptual understanding and application.

- Teach

Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry at an advanced competitive-examination level.

- Design and develop high-quality study material, DPPs, practice modules, assignments, worksheets, and examination papers

.

- Lead intensive problem-solving sessions involving multi-topic, analytical, and challenging questions

.

- Study

JEE Advanced previous-year papers

, identify recurring patterns and evolving difficulty levels, and integrate relevant insights into classroom instruction.

- Guide students preparing for

Chemistry Olympiads, IOQ, KVPY-equivalent competitive pathways, and other prestigious examinations

.

- Organize structured revision programs, doubt-resolution sessions, and academic review meetings

.

- Provide one-to-one mentoring and formulate individualized academic strategies based on each student's strengths and learning gaps.

- Regularly evaluate student performance,



maintain academic records, and provide meaningful feedback to the academic leadership.

- Work closely with fellow faculty members and the academic department to strengthen course design, teaching methodology, and student achievement

.

Essential Eligibility

- Minimum

3 years of focused experience teaching JEE Advanced Chemistry

.

- Comprehensive expertise in

Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry

.

- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-handling abilities

.

- Demonstrated ability to simplify difficult topics and present complex ideas using different conceptual and problem-solving methods

.

- Strong understanding of the academic demands and competitive standards of

JEE Advanced

.

Desirable Candidate Profile

- Previous teaching experience with a well-established IIT-JEE coaching organization

.

- Candidates preferably based in or around the

NCR region

.

- Advanced command of high-level question-solving methodologies and examination strategies

.

- Capability to formulate innovative, original, and challenging JEE Advanced-standard problems

.

- Proven experience coaching and mentoring academically exceptional students aspiring to secure admission to premier IITs

.

- A robust commitment to academic rigor, professional development, innovation in teaching, and consistently improving student outcomes
