Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Chemistry Faculty to teach students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to deliver concept-driven learning experiences that help students excel in competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Chemistry to JEE and NEET aspirants through engaging and result-oriented classroom sessions.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, practice questions, and test papers.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic mentorship to students.
- Assess student performance through regular tests and evaluations.
- Simplify complex Chemistry concepts and develop effective problem-solving approaches.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and competitive exam trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance student learning outcomes.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for JEE and/or NEET students.
- Solid command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Experience in preparing academic content, practice sheets, and mock tests.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Prior experience in coaching institutes or EdTech organizations.
- Proven track record of teaching competitive exam aspirants.
