Experience : 2-7 years

Qualification : BE/B.Tech - (Civil)

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-7years relevant experience on precast projects.




- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Planning, directing, managing project activities. Daily project task allocation to team. Conduct review meetings.
- Positive communication skills
- Exposure to international precast projects is mandatory.
- Experience of checking erection drawings as per client standards is preferred.
- Experience of checking various types of precast shop/production drawings such as wall panels, slabs, double tees, insulated walls etc.
- Familiar with metric and imperial units.
- Experience of 3d modelling software like Revit or Tekla is preferable.

Responsibilities:

- Pro-actively identifying issues, informing team leader well in advance.
- Client communication/coordination in absence of Team leader.
- Prepare effort estimation and list of deliverables to be produced.
- Checking to ensure quality of deliverables which is in form of either model or drawings.
- Understand, follow departmental procedures.
- Mentoring junior and intermediate team members.
