We are hiring for a Blended Customer Support Process (Email & Chat).

This is a pure customer service role with NO SALES. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through Email & Chat support.

Salary & Benefits

In-Hand Salary: ₹33,600 per month

Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹6,000, depending on shift timing

Shift: 9-hour shift within the US night-shift window of 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Transport: Home drop facility available till doorstep

Candidates residing outside the transport boundaries can share their complete address for transport-boundary confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory




- Candidates with Customer Support / Customer Service experience are preferred
- Email & Chat experience is relevant for this opening
- Solid English communication and customer-handling skills are mandatory
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Currently employed candidates may be considered up to 38 years of age
- Relieving letters are mandatory for all companies mentioned in the resume
- Candidates must be comfortable with US night shifts

2. Final Manager Round – only for candidates who clear the assessment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹470,000.00 per year
