We are looking for a agile and analytical fresher Chartered Accountant who wants to build a career beyond traditional accounting, audit and compliance.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will work on:

- Comprehensive Financial Health Checkup of businesses
- Financial statement, ratio, trend and variance analysis
- Profitability, product-wise and customer-wise margin analysis
- Cash flow analysis, forecasting and cash-flow improvement
- Working capital and cash conversion cycle management
- Financial modelling, budgeting and business projections
- Business, financial, operational and compliance risk analysis
- Compliance health checks under Income Tax, GST and Companies Act
- Internal controls and process effectiveness reviews
- Designing SOPs, process flows, checklists and approval matrices
- Identification of control gaps, fraud risks and financial leakages
- Cost control and identification of inefficient or unproductive operations
- Inventory ageing, movement and optimisation analysis
- Identification of slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory
- Asset utilisation and asset optimisation analysis
- Debtors ageing, recovery planning and credit-control review
- Borrowing structure, finance cost and debt-servicing analysis
- Financial treatment and corrective action plans
- MIS, management dashboards and performance monitoring
- Business valuation and valuation-readiness assignments
- Strategic planning for profitability, funding, expansion and growth The role involves understanding the client’s business, diagnosing financial and operational weaknesses, identifying the root causes, and helping management implement measurable improvements.

Technical Skills





- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST and Companies Act
- Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow and working capital analysis
- Profitability, cost and variance analysis
- Risk assessment and internal control evaluation
- SOP and process-documentation skills
- Inventory, asset and operational-efficiency analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Tally or ERP systems
- MIS and dashboard preparation
- PowerPoint and business presentation skills
- Basic understanding of valuation methodologies

AI and Technology Skills

- Ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools for financial research, analysis and reporting
- Ability to create effective prompts for finance and business use cases
- AI-assisted analysis of financial statements, costs, cash flows and business risks
- Ability to use AI for drafting SOPs, control checklists and management reports
- Familiarity with Excel automation and AI-supported data analysis
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboard tools will be preferred
- Interest in finance automation, process improvement and technology-driven consulting
- Ability and willingness to learn emerging AI and finance tools
