Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling audits, overseeing taxation matters, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

The Chartered

Accountant will analyze financial data, provide advisory support on business and tax planning, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting issues. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, improving internal processes, and contributing to client presentations and advisory projects.

Qualifications





- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards and principles (Ind AS, IFRS basics, GAAP) and experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews, including documentation and audit working papers.
- Practical understanding of direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, TDS, tax filings, and tax planning support.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP or similar), along with solid Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, interpret regulations, and provide clear, actionable advisory recommendations to clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and to present financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, time management, and the ability to handle multiple client assignments.
- Prior experience in a consulting, audit, or qualified services firm is an advantage; familiarity with SME and corporate client environments is beneficial.
