Role & responsibilities The role would involve end-to-end responsibilities across:
- Financial accounting & reporting
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances
- Audit coordination
- Budgeting, forecasting and MIS
- Working capital, receivables and cash flow management
- Payroll accounting, AP/AR and bank reconciliations
- Financial controls and process improvement
- Business finance and management reporting
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified CA
- 13 years of post-qualification experience preferred
- Experience in staffing, HR services or the service industry would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Good proficiency in Excel, Tally and ERP systems
- Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills
