- Financial Planning & Reporting:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to the management team.
- Present monthly and annual reports on financial performance.

- Automation & Process Management:

- Lead the automation of accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and cash flow management.

- Compliance & Controls:

- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and tax regulations.
- Implement solid internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

- Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor the finance & accounts team.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve profitability.

Desired Skills: · Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.

· Experience: 8+ years in finance & accounts roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.

· Skills: Expertise in accounting software, financial automation, and strong analytical abilities.
