Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the company’s accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and financial control functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, and other applicable filings.

- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.

- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and working capital.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and accounting standards.

- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate internal controls.

- Review expenses, invoices, reconciliations, and financial transactions.





- Support management with financial planning, business analysis, and decision-making.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI.

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory audits.

- Knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / Zoho Books or other accounting systems.

- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.

- Strong understanding of internal financial controls.

- Prior experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
