We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax and Finance & Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate income tax, advance tax & tax provisioning
- TDS/TCS compliance & tax audits
- Tax planning and advisory
- Handling Income Tax notices, assessments & litigation
- International taxation, DTAA & withholding tax
- Transfer pricing exposure preferred
- End-to-end finance & tax operations

Skills: Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, Finance Acts, CBDT regulations & DTAA. Positive Excel and Income Tax Portal knowledge. SAP/Oracle exposure preferred.

Qualification: CA preferred; Finance/Commerce background.

Preferred Experience: Exposure to plantation, manufacturing or multi-location businesses will be an advantage.
