Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Dehradun.

The Chartered

Accountant will handle statutory and tax audits, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting in line with applicable standards. The role includes managing direct and indirect tax compliances, drafting and filing returns, supporting tax assessments, and advising clients on tax optimization within regulatory frameworks. The professional will assist with regulatory and corporate law compliance, support transaction advisory assignments,



and prepare analytical reports and documentation for client presentations.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with partners and team members, maintain client communication, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the firm.

Qualifications

- Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification with sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in statutory audit, tax audit, and financial statement preparation.
- Solid understanding of direct and indirect tax laws, regulatory compliance requirements, and corporate law fundamentals.
- Experience with accounting and audit tools, MS Excel, and common financial software.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, prepare clear working papers, and draft concise reports and opinions.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a partner-led environment.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a structured approach to time management and multitasking.
- Prior experience in a chartered accountancy firm or consulting environment is preferred; exposure to cross-border or transaction advisory work is an advantage.
