Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, budgeting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Real Estate / Construction accounting , statutory compliance, project accounting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances .
- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and financial controls.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements, and MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, bank transactions, and fund utilisation.
- Review vendor invoices, payments, and accounting entries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and accounting standards .
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management.




- Support management in financial planning, cost optimisation, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify financial and compliance risks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Lead and guide the finance/accounts team.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure is preferred.
- Exposure to project-wise accounting and real estate taxation will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing a finance team is preferred.
