Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant Finalist based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and assisting with finalization of accounts. The candidate will support statutory audits, tax compliance (direct and indirect), and preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing reconciliations, supporting budgeting and forecast processes, monitoring internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.



The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external auditors, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant Finalist (cleared CA Inter) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate laws, and tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience or articleship background in accounting, financial reporting, and statutory audit support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software; ability to work with large data sets and prepare analytical reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian regulatory compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and commit to full-time working hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field; prior experience in a corporate or mid-sized firm is an advantage.
