Job Role: Charity Fundraiser

Role Overview

- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising activities to generate financial support for the NGO.

- Build strong relationships with donors, supporters, and potential contributors.

- Develop fundraising strategies to achieve organizational financial targets.

- Promote the NGO's initiatives and create awareness among potential donors.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising &

- Donor Management:

- Identify and approach potential donors and supporters.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective donors.

- Communicate the NGO's mission, projects, and social initiatives effectively.

- Negotiate with potential donors and encourage financial contributions.

- Maintain accurate donor records and follow up regularly.

Grant &

- Proposal Development

- Assist in preparing and writing grant proposals for funding opportunities.

- Research potential funding sources, organizations, and corporate donors.

- Coordinate required documentation for grant applications.

- Follow up with funding organizations regarding proposals and applications.

Events &

- Campaigns

- Plan and organize fundraising events and activities.





- Manage and promote online fundraising campaigns through relevant platforms.

- Participate in awareness and promotional activities.

- Encourage public participation and support for NGO initiatives.

Target Achievement &

- Reporting

- Work towards achieving assigned fundraising targets.

- Track donations, fundraising activities, and campaign performance.

- Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress.

- Identify new fundraising opportunities and recommend strategies to increase contributions.
