Job Overview

- We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Mandate Sourcing Executive to join our real estate team.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Channel Partners, sourcing property mandates, conducting partner orientations, and generating quality property listings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, connect, and onboard recent Channel Partners (CPs) for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Conduct Channel Partner orientations and project briefings to explain ongoing projects, offerings, pricing, and USPs.
- Generate and source property mandates through Channel Partners and other market networks.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners and ensure regular property/project line-ups.
- Follow up with CPs regarding available inventory, client requirements, site visits, and closures.
- Maintain regular communication with Channel Partners through calls, meetings, and WhatsApp/email.
- Organize and participate in CP meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
- Track daily sourcing, partner activities, line-ups, site visits,



and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and property requirements.
- Expand the Channel Partner network by identifying new brokers, consultants, and real estate professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of mandates, partner details, property inventory, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and inventory to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships with Channel Partners.

Required Skills

- Ability to handle multiple Channel Partners and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with a strong interest in real estate can apply.
