- Strong experience in Change & Release Management
- Hands-on experience in Process Automation
- Practical experience with AI/ML and its application in process automation
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and drive process improvements
- Strong understanding of change and release processes, governance and controls
- Experience working with stakeholders to design and implement automation solutions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
