Role Overview

Responsible for conducting CFD, aerodynamic, and heat transfer analyses to support product innovation and optimization. Develop and validate simulation models, evaluate system performance, and translate results into practical engineering solutions while ensuring timely project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead geometry preparation, model simplification, and meshing activities for
- complex fluid flow applications, ensuring robust and computationally efficient
- CFD models.
- Execute end-to-end CFD simulations using ANSYS CFX and NUMECA, including
- model setup, boundary condition definition, solution monitoring, and result
- interpretation.
- Automate repetitive simulation processes through scripting and workflow
- optimization, significantly reducing analysis cycle time and improving productivity.
- Validate simulation outcomes against aerodynamic and thermal performance
- requirements, providing actionable design recommendations and comprehensive
- technical documentation.




- Partner with global and local cross-functional R&D; teams to deliver simulation driven
- engineering insights, ensuring alignment with project milestones and
- business objectives.

What You'll Bring

- Maintain a results-oriented approach, ensuring accountability, compliance, and
- continuous improvement across assigned responsibilities.
- Complied with all company policies, processes, procedures, and regulatory
- requirements to ensure consistent and effective execution of responsibilities.
- To be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to
- your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partners.

Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in turbomachinery aerodynamics, CFD analysis, and heat transfer for compressors, turbines, and related flow systems.
- Proficiency in CFD tools such as ANSYS SpaceClaim, TurboGrid, ICEM CFD, ANSYS CFX, and NUMECA AutoGrid/FINE™ Turbo.
- Experience in CFD model preparation, meshing, simulation setup, execution, and post-processing.
- Solid analytical skills with expertise in CFD-Post, Tecplot 360, Python, and Excel VBA for data analysis, automation, and visualization.
- Solid understanding of turbomachinery components,



aerodynamic principles, heat transfer, and flow physics.
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, CFD validation methodologies, industry standards, and design practices.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and provide practical recommendations to improve product performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
