Hiring: Centre Manager – Offline Learning Centre

Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage centre operations, drive admissions and revenue, lead a team, and ensure an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions, revenue and centre performance
- Lead, coach and manage the team
- Monitor targets, conversions and performance
- Implement local growth strategies
- Ensure smooth centre operations and learner satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in education
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in revenue growth and team management
- Robust ownership and problem-solving abilities
