Yana IVF & Fertility Centre* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibiities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre
- Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets
- Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments
- Monitor the complete patient journey: Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams
- Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections, referrals and conversion performance
- Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence
- Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience




- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements
- Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to management

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred

? 6–10 years of relevant experience

? IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred

? Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targets

? Robust doctor relationship and business-development skills
