Role Description The Center Manager Study Abroad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India.

The Center

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the study abroad center, including managing staff, coordinating student counseling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising admission processes, guiding learners through application and visa documentation, and maintaining relationships with international education partners.

manages schedules, and coordinates classes, events, and orientations related to study abroad programs. The role also includes handling logistics, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a learner-centric environment aligned with MIA’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to effectively follow up on pending tasks, documentation, and approvals related to study abroad processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor center activities, admissions cycles, and outreach initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review process adherence, quality of counseling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with institutional and partner policies.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate schedules, events, and resource allocation for classes, seminars, and student support services.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, international relations, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in study abroad, international education counseling, or academic center management, preferably in a high-growth training setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse learners and international partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools; ability to work with CRM or student management systems is preferred.
