Internship Type Paid Internship

Working Days 6 days a week (1 rotational week off — not on weekends)

Shift 1 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Shift 2 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

ROLE SUMMARY The Centre Advisor Intern supports the centre team in delivering a smooth, guided experience for every customer,

from entry to exit. Working closely with the Customer Advisor and centre staff, the intern learns end-to-end centre operations while directly assisting customers with their queries and visit journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Assist in managing the end-to-end customer experience at the centre
- Guide and support customers throughout their visit journey
- Help address customer queries, including basic technical questions
- Provide accurate service and product information under guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Support post-visit follow-ups with customers
- Help track and escalate customer concerns promptly
- Maintain service quality and documentation standards
- Learn and support day-to-day centre operations as directed by the Centre Manager / Customer Advisor

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree; freshers welcome
- Science background preferred (Biotech / Biology / Medical-adjacent degrees a plus)
- Background in Service or Hospitality is an added advantage
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills
- English and Local Language proficiency is mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, 6 days a week
