- Prepare and present high-quality multi-cuisine dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Handle the assigned kitchen section efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of food during service.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage of ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and other kitchen team members during service.
