The café specializes in all-day breakfast and offers 100% Arabica, single-estate origin Indian specialty coffee. Bombon operates from 8 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and extends hours to 11 PM from Friday to Sunday, providing a vibrant environment throughout the day. Team members work in a rapid-paced yet welcoming setting focused on great service and memorable guest experiences.

Role Description The CDP (Chef de Partie) at Bombon Hospitality will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the café’s quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, plating dishes, and maintaining consistency in taste and appearance. The role involves supervising junior kitchen staff within the assigned section, enforcing hygiene and safety standards,



and supporting inventory management and mise en place.

The CDP will collaborate with the Head Chef and team on daily specials, menu changes, and efficient kitchen operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Solid culinary skills in café-style and all-day breakfast cuisine, including preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Ability to manage a kitchen section, coordinate mise en place, and oversee junior team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume café or restaurant environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and respect in the workplace.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to maintain consistency under pressure.
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred; prior experience as a CDP or Demi CDP is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours in line with café operating times.
