Key Responsibilities

- Perform application assessments using CAST Imaging and related tools.
- Analyse application architecture, source code, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Conduct complexity and maintainability assessments.
- Identify technical debt, structural flaws, and modernization risks.
- Generate architectural, dependency, and technical debt reports.
- Support cloud migration and application transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to recommend remediation strategies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CAST Imaging, application discovery, and dependency analysis.

- Robust understanding of

- Software architecture

- Application complexity analysis

- Technical debt assessment




- Code quality and maintainability metrics
- Experience with one or more technologies:

- Java/J2EE
- .NET/C#

- Python

- JavaScript/TypeScript

- COBOL/Mainframe
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application assessment, software engineering, architecture, or modernisation programmes
