Role Description The Casual Staff role at V-Mart Retail Ltd. is a temporary, on-site position based in Guwahati. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers on the shop floor, guiding them to products, and providing courteous service.

The role involves stocking shelves, maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with pricing and tagging. Casual staff support billing and cashier activities, manage fitting rooms, and help keep the store clean, protected, and organized.



Team members may also assist with promotional setups, basic visual merchandising, and other tasks assigned by store management to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills to assist shoppers, handle queries, and support a positive in-store experience.
- Basic retail operations skills, including handling merchandise, stocking, inventory support, and working at billing counters.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with store staff and follow instructions from supervisors.
