CASA Sales Officer

- Acquire new customers by promoting and selling the bank's CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.

- Conduct marketing and promotional activities within the assigned area to generate new leads.

- Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential and existing customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Encourage existing customers to increase deposits in their accounts.

- Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and other financial products.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into account openings and business opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and customer documentation procedures.

- Complete mandatory training, certifications, and learning activities conducted by the bank.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, account openings, and sales activities.

- Achieve assigned customer acquisition, sales, and business targets.
