CASA Account Opening Executive
- Handle CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) account opening activities.
- Approach potential customers and generate leads for new accounts.
- Explain account features, advantages, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers with the account opening process.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Ensure accurate completion of account opening forms and KYC documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into accounts.
- Maintain customer records and account opening reports.
- Achieve assigned account acquisition targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
