Role & Responsibilities

- Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the respective medical institutions.
- Ensure that medical facility reports are obtained within the time frame specified by the client.
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare institutions and maintain accurate communication records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Graduate or awaiting final semester results.
- Graduate freshers can apply.
- Work From Home (WFH) is not appreciated.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Complete freshers are welcome to apply.
