Job Responsibilities

- Carry out repair and maintenance of doors, windows, locks, furniture, cupboards and wooden fixtures.
- Repair and maintain guest room furniture, restaurant furniture and office furniture.
- Perform carpentry, polishing, laminate and minor furniture modification work.
- Attend guest room and operational maintenance complaints promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of wooden fixtures and furniture.
- Assist in room renovation, furniture installation and hotel maintenance work.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for daily work orders.
- Follow hotel safety,



grooming and hygiene standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of carpentry experience; hotel experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of furniture repair, woodwork, laminate and polishing.
- Ability to independently attend day-to-day hotel carpentry requirements.
- Flexible to work in shifts and attend urgent maintenance requirements.
