Candidates must be consistently available for at least one of the above shifts.

About the Role:

We are looking for 2 Career Success Interns to join our remote candidate-support team.

You will work with candidates enrolled in our technology career programs and help them improve their chances of getting interview calls for specific job opportunities.

Our candidates can range from college students and fresh graduates to experienced Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Mobile Developers, Engineering Managers and senior technology professionals.

Your work will involve understanding the job opportunities candidates want to apply for, reviewing their resumes, collecting missing information, helping prepare job-specific resumes and communicating with candidates over email.

You will work using our structured internal processes, templates and AI-assisted tools .

This is not a sales role .

This is also not a traditional recruitment role , because you will not be hiring employees for companies.

Your responsibility will be to support our enrolled candidates throughout their job-application journey.

What You Will Do:

1. Job Opportunity Analysis ->

Candidates will share specific job links from companies such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Mastercard, Uber, startups and other technology companies.

You will

- Review the .
- Understand what the company is looking for.
- Identify important skills, experience and responsibilities.
- Understand whether the candidate's background matches the opportunity.

You are not expected to know everything before joining . We will provide processes and AI-assisted tools to help you perform this work. 2. Resume Support ->

You will review candidates' existing resumes against the specific jobs they want to apply for.

You will help identify

- Relevant experience that should receive more importance.
- Missing information.
- Weak or unclear resume points.
- Skills that are relevant to the job.
- Experience that should be explained better.
- Sections that may need to be reordered or reduced.





You will work with our internal systems to help create job-specific resume versions . 3. Candidate Communication ->

A major part of this internship will involve communicating with candidates through email.

For example, you may need to:

- Ask candidates for additional information.
- Send resume recommendations.
- Explain why certain resume changes are being suggested.
- Ask about projects, responsibilities or achievements.
- Follow up regarding applications.
- Answer questions regarding an ongoing job application.
- Guide candidates through the next steps.

You should therefore be comfortable writing clear and professional English emails . 4. AI-Assisted Work ->

You will regularly work with tools such as ChatGPT as part of the process.

You will

- Provide candidate information to our internal AI workflow.
- Review generated recommendations.
- Use approved processes and prompts.
- Convert detailed analysis into clear candidate communication.
- Maintain continuity across multiple job applications for the same candidate.

You should be comfortable learning and working with AI tools. 5. Application Support ->

Depending on the candidate and opportunity, you may also help with:

- Resume customization.
- Understanding job requirements.
- Application timing.
- Referral guidance.
- LinkedIn/profile recommendations.
- Application follow-ups.
- Maintaining records of applications.

What We Are Looking For: We are primarily looking for people who are:

- Good at written English.
- Comfortable communicating professionally over email.
- Careful with details.
- Patient while communicating with candidates.
- Able to understand and follow instructions properly.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Interested in technology careers and hiring.
- Able to learn unfamiliar technical terms when required.
- Reliable and consistent with working hours.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Honest and careful while handling candidate information.





You do not need to be an expert resume writer or recruiter before joining.

Technical Knowledge:

You do not need to be a Software Engineer.

However, basic familiarity with technology-related terms will be useful.

For example, understanding at a basic level what roles such as these mean:

- Software Engineer
- Backend Developer
- Frontend Developer
- Data Scientist
- Machine Learning Engineer
- Android/iOS Developer
- DevOps/Cloud Engineer

Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, MCA or related backgrounds may therefore find the role easier, but we are open to candidates from other backgrounds who can learn quickly.

Work Requirements: Since this is a remote role, candidates should have:

- Their own laptop or desktop.
- Reliable internet connection.
- A suitable environment for working remotely.
- Consistent availability during their selected shift.

Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Full-Time Opportunity:

High-performing interns may be offered an opportunity to join the team in a full-time remote position at ₹12,000 per month after successful completion of the internship.

Conversion will depend on factors such as:

- Quality of work.
- Accuracy.
- Communication skills.
- Reliability.
- Candidate handling.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively.
- Overall performance.
- Business requirements.

Full-time conversion is an opportunity and is not automatically guaranteed after completion of the internship.
