We are looking for a responsible Caretaker to stay at and look after ourproperty.
Responsibilities: General cleaning of the premises Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building and common areas Opening and closing the gate at scheduled times Ensuring the premises remain secure Looking after the overall upkeep of the building Reporting any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the owner Any knowledge or experience in hospitality will be a plus Accommodation will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is: Honest and trustworthy Responsible and reliable Comfortable with a live-in position Able to take care of the property independently
