Position: Career Counsellor / Academic Counsellor

Location: Andheri East, Chakala, Mumbai

Experience: 1+ year min

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right career path and upskilling programs. The role involves understanding career goals, providing personalised counselling, handling leads, and converting prospective learners into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive course sales and enrollments through counselling and consultative selling.
- Handle cold calling, inbound/outbound leads, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Understand prospects' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course benefits, fees, curriculum, and career outcomes.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions.

Required Skills:

- 1+ year of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling / Career Counselling.
- Solid communication, persuasion, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Proven experience in course selling, cold calling, lead conversion, and closing.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to understand prospects' needs and pitch & sell suitable courses.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management preferred.
