Role Description The Career Development Coach is a full-time, online role that can be taken up from anywhere. The person in this role will conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support clients in defining career goals, identifying suitable opportunities, and planning next steps. Daily responsibilities include providing career counseling, reviewing and refining resumes and profiles, preparing clients for interviews, and advising on job search strategies.

Coach will also conduct workshops or webinars on career development topics, maintain accurate client records,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and resources.

Qualifications

- Strong Job Coaching and Career Development skills, with the ability to help clients set realistic goals and actionable plans.
- Experience in Career Counseling and Interview Preparation, including guiding clients through different stages of the job search.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and supportive manner.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain qualified boundaries and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of current job market trends, recruitment practices, and commonly used hiring platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and online sessions when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; counseling or coaching certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or learning and development is highly beneficial.
