Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Minimum 3 years of full-time counselling experience, preferably with a Diploma/Certification in Counselling.

- Work closely with the Senior/Lead Counsellor as a supporting and complementary partner, contributing specialised expertise and extending existing counselling programmes.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand instructions, coordinate effectively, and ensure timely execution of assigned responsibilities.

- Maintain solid operational and data management skills, including documentation, record keeping, student tracking, and monitoring of student outcomes.

- Possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage counselling-related documents and records efficiently.

- Develop a sound understanding of the academic curriculum and conduct sessions/classes on:

- University and college applications

- Financial aid and scholarships

- Career exploration and planning

- Higher education pathways

- Stay updated with emerging career trends, higher education opportunities, and global academic pathways.





- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value and impact of counselling programmes to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with teachers, House Mistresses, students, parents, and senior leadership to support students' academic and career planning.

- Take ownership of assigned programmes and ensure their effective planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up.

- Any additional responsibilities or role-specific matters may be discussed with the existing Counsellor.
