Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil change, filter replacement, brake check, etc.)
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults
- Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition
- Follow safety standards and workshop procedures
- Coordinate with Service Advisor for job updates
- Test drive vehicles after repair to ensure quality work
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems (engine,
electrical, braking, etc.)
- Ability to use diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply for trainee role)
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to work in workshop setting
