Job responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting consultations, explaining service offerings, and managing follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to schedule services or sessions, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement cycle. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and participation in internal meetings and training sessions.

The Care

Advisor / Inside Sales professional will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client feedback and suggesting enhancements to processes and offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:





- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine or healthcare services; exposure to Critical Care Medicine is an advantage, especially when advising clients on health-related programs.
- Demonstrated sales or inside sales experience, particularly in service-based or education/healthcare environments.
- Ability to work in a structured on-site setting in Gurugram, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client interactions daily.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or lead management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare, life sciences, business, or psychology is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a client-focused mindset with an interest in learning and professional growth.
