- Experience in managing key Website development and maintenance for financial institutions + Mobile application development/maintenance.

- Experience of managing 30+ team members

- Experience in Java technologies

- Should take complete ownership of the program and ensure that all the releases are delivered successfully

- Have good understanding quality process and ensuring complete adherence to it

- Driver for innovations from the team, come with new ideas – functional and technical

- Responsibility of weekly, monthly reviews with senior management
