Key Responsibilities
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering, Food Services, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Canteen Management, Food Service, Facility Management, or Site Operations.
- Strong team management and client-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and operational processes.
- Ability to manage manpower, inventory, cost control, and daily site operations.
- Candidates with experience in industrial canteen / institutional catering / facility management will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
