Job Summary:

Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Cameraman to join our media production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in camera operation, video shooting, framing, lighting, and recording educational as well as promotional content. The role requires a keen eye for visual storytelling and the ability to capture high-quality footage for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate cameras and related equipment for recording lectures, interviews, events, and promotional videos.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on creative and production requirements.
- Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other recording equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, focus, and exposure during shoots.
- Capture high-quality footage for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with faculty members, video editors, and the marketing team during shoots.
- Manage and organize recorded footage and media assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to camera and recording equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest videography techniques and industry trends.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cameraman, Videographer, or Video Production Executive.
- Robust knowledge of DSLR, Mirrorless, and Professional Video Cameras.
- Understanding of camera settings, lenses, framing, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Knowledge of audio recording equipment and microphone setup.
- Ability to handle indoor and outdoor shoots independently.
- Strong attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Media, or Digital Content industry.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Experience in shooting content for YouTube, Social Media, and Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Diploma or certification in Videography, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related field.
