Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Calypso Finance and Accounting modules
- Work extensively on Calypso Accounting, including P&L;, General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting
- Configure and support OPL (Open Product Library) for financial products and accounting rules
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and Finance stakeholders to ensure alignment of accounting flows
- Perform functional design, gap analysis, and solution definition within the Calypso ecosystem
- Support system integration, UAT, and production issue resolution
- Ensure accurate mapping of trades to accounting entries and reconciliation processes
- Participate in release planning, change management, and production support activities
- Create and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and user guide

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ Years strong experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Product control domain

• Solid understanding of Capital market products liket IRD, FX, Fixed Income, Pricing & Valuation of these products.





• Good experience on setting up Chart of Accounts, Accounting Rules and Accounting Books in whole sale trading.

- Basic experience in Trade Life Cycle, Settlements and Corporate actions.
- Good experience in OPL (Official P&L;) configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle and financial instruments (FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, etc.)
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional specification, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Hands-on expertise in Calypso Accounting module (GL, P&L;, accounting events, postings)
- Exposure to Liquidation, Hedge accounting
- Exposure to Calypso upgrades or migration projects
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall delivery models
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
